OpenEngagement SFS

Coming soon! OpenEngagement's Client Portal product, the SFS (Shared File Space)
will enable you to easily move documents back and forth
between your firm and your clients. The SFS provides a web-browser interface to a space
(either on the same server
as other OpenEngagement products or on its own) where firms can place documents for clients
to receive and clients
can place documents for the firm. The SFS's security system ensures only the appropriate staff
within the firm and
the client companies can access the SFS.
The SFS makes it easy to exchange files too large for email, allows firms to track the exchange
of documents, and makes it easier to find documents exchanged with clients.
The SFS will be part of version 2.5 of the Content Management System (CMS), which will also include the
Document Management System and Knowledge Management System products.
