Consulting
- Consulting services are available for all OpenEngagement products. Consulting tasks for our current application, OpenEngagement DMS, may include:
+ Assisting in the installation of OpenEngagement DMS in your firm's office(s)
+ Customizing OpenEngagement DMS to your needs. For example, creating custom reports or adding additional metadata.
+ Helping you configure OpenEngagement DMS (e.g. setting up user accounts and enabling security features)
+ Establishing backups, replication, SSL or performance improvements for local solutions
Hosting
- Hosting is available for OpenEngagement DMS. This valuable service relieves firms of the need to install or maintain the DMS themselves.

Customization of Hosting Services
- Firms may wish to specify custom domain names, backup schedules or other variations
from the standard hosting service. For some customizations, standard prices exist.
