- Customer support for OpenEngagement products is provided by CaseWare International.
Training

Consulting
- Consulting services are available for all OpenEngagement products. Consulting tasks for our current application, OpenEngagement DMS, may include:
+ Assisting in the installation of OpenEngagement DMS in your firm's office(s)
+ Customizing OpenEngagement DMS to your needs. For example, creating custom reports or adding additional metadata.
+ Helping you configure OpenEngagement DMS (e.g. setting up user accounts and enabling security features)
+ Establishing backups, replication, SSL or performance improvements for local solutions

- All documentation for OpenEngagement products is available free on-line in our help center.
Printed documentation may also be purchased.
