Site Manager

Other than access to the ZMI, Site Managers have all the power of Managers. Site Managers have the full power of both Entity Managers and Engagement Managers. As well, there are two key additional permissions Site Managers have beyond those of Entity Managers and Engagement Managers. The first is, Site Managers and Managers are the only roles which may delete content. The second is, Site Managers and Managers are the only roles that have full access to the Site Setup page. Access to the Site Setup is given only to users who have the Site Manager role site-wide, not to those who have it only locally. The Site Setup page includes tools such as the Keyword Manager, Mail Settings, Navigation Settings, Portal Settings, Search Settings, Users and Groups Administration, and the OpenEngagement Configuration. Each of these is described in this documentation.
