Reader
Up one level
The Reader role is given to users who must view, but not edit, Documents. This may be assigned for a variety of reasons, including allowing users who are given the Preparer, Reviewer, or Engagement Manager role for one Engagement to view the Engagements for prior years for the same Entity.
The Reader role gives users permission to view Documents regardless of their state.
Readers may download files enclosed in Engagement and File objects. In the case of Working Papers client files in Engagements, Readers may download only read-only copies of the client file.
