13. Anonymous

Anonymous users may do virtually nothing other than view the front page and log into the OpenEngagement DMS. There may or may not be content in the KMS, however, that they can view. This ensures users without a valid account will not be able to view or edit any content not specifically set Public. Anonymous users are not able to view or edit any content within the DMS.
