Reporting Bugs and Feature Request
Up one level
The issue tracker for the OpenEngagement CMS is open for all users to view and search. It is located on the OpenEngagement web site, http://www.openengagement.com/resources/cms-tools/tracker. Please read the guidelines for posting issues before doing so.
The issue tracker contains some required fields for each issue, including the version and build numbers. In the case of working with the OpenEngagement DMS through a web browser, this may be found in the footer of each page. For example, the footer may contain: OpenEngagement DMS (2.1.051) is Copyright © 2005 - 2006 by CaseWare International Inc. The 2.1.051 are the version and build numbers: 2.1 is the version and 051 the build. The last set of numbers will always be the build, while the remainder is the version number. In the Go-Between, this information is found at the bottom of the Configuration dialog. In the Quick Upload, it is found in the lower-right corner of the main user interface.
When posting issues it is possible to request to be sent email notifications. Users may also wish to simply check the progress of the issue by viewing the web site from time to time.
The OpenEngagement web site also contains a Roadmap for each product, which may be viewed by users. The roadmap is essentially a high-level view of the issue tracker. It lists the major features, which may each correspond to several issues on the issue tracker.
