For local solutions customers, support service options include assistance with installing and configuring OpenEngagement software, phone and e-mail customer support, software customization, training sessions, and assistance with backups, SSL and performance solutions. Implementation and maintenance are standard for hosted solutions customers. Hosted solutions customers may, however, choose to enhance their OpenEngagement experience with additional support services, such as software customization, phone support and training. OpenEngagement's documentation is accessible online, free of charge. However, we do provide the option of printed documentation for those customers who request it. With OpenEngagement you are free to choose the combination of services that are right for you and your firm.
