OpenEngagement DMS provides a central repository to store engagements and other client files, which allows
firms to have central control and monitoring of their files. As all files are
located in one location, the DMS makes it simple for firms to perform backups, searches,
apply user permissions, control user access, define workflow, and monitor engagements or staff.
OpenEngagement DMS is available either as a full solution, hosted by OpenEngagement and
available to firms through a web interface, or installed by the firms themselves. Even where
firms self-host, OpenEngagement provides a very complete solution, as it includes an
installer, database, web server, and everything else necessary for a basic installation.

CaseWare allows you to go paperless within an engagement. OpenEngagement linked to CaseWare lets you to go even further, allowing you to enjoy easy paperless management of all your engagements and documents, whether they are native to CaseWare or not. With OpenEngagement you'll no longer need to use Microsoft Explorer as the means to integrating CaseWare with the rest of your workflow.
